ELIGIBILITY

RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Contact our customer support team via email at trackreadyco@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving the product. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable.

Once we approve your request, we will provide you with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.

Securely package the product in its original packaging along with all included items and ship it to the address provided with the RMA.

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 days.
SHIPPING COSTS

If the return is due to our error or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping costs.
